If you book through Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda or another travel platform, the cancellation policy shown by that platform at the time of booking applies.
Personalized stay arrangements
For any separately confirmed personalized stay or optional service, the applicable cancellation or change terms will be stated before you accept the arrangement or make a payment. Please tell us about changes as early as possible so we can help.
